1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the provision of electronic services through Brief-S, available at brief-s.com (hereinafter “Website”), in accordance with applicable law. The service provider and publisher of the Website is Arcan Schalier (hereinafter “Publisher”).

- User: any person using the Website.
- Account: an individual User profile enabling access to full content.
- Content: articles, essays, visual materials, and newsletters published on the Website.
3. Scope of Services
The Publisher provides services consisting of: making editorial content available, maintaining User accounts, and sending the newsletter “The Short”. Some content may be available only to logged-in Users.
4. User Account
Creating an account is voluntary and free of charge. The User agrees to provide accurate data and to keep their password confidential. Sharing an account with third parties and actions that compromise the security of the Website are prohibited. The User may delete their account at any time by contacting the editorial team.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content published on the Website — text, visual materials, layout, and graphic identity — is protected by copyright and is the property of the Publisher or is used under appropriate licences. Copying, distributing, or using content without the Publisher’s consent is prohibited.
6. Nature of Content — Disclaimer
Content published on Brief-S is exclusively editorial, educational, and informational in nature. It does not constitute investment advice, a financial recommendation, or legal or tax advice within the meaning of applicable regulations. Investment decisions made by the User on the basis of the Website’s content are made at their sole risk.
7. Liability

Subscription to “The Short” newsletter is voluntary and requires providing an email address and giving consent. The User may unsubscribe at any time.
